Normatec compression is a dynamic air massage for legs or arms; it uses pulsing, segmental pressure to move fluid, boost circulation, and help clear metabolic waste; athletes often feel less stiffness and soreness after sessions.

Month to month commitment; cancel before your next bill to avoid charges. All credits expire 30 days after purchase, no exceptions, no rollovers. One reservation per member per day. Sessions are 60 minutes. Late cancel or no show less than 4 hours before start forfeits the session or block; early cancel returns the session or block to your account. Family Key shares sessions only among the named athletes on the account. Squad Key time is for team training only.
