Cancellation Policy

                          Applies to all services offered at The Vault Performance

At The Vault Performance, we take pride in offering a high-quality, consistent, and organized training experience. In order to respect the time and commitment of our coaches, trainers, and fellow athletes, the following cancellation policy is in effect for all services including—but not limited to—batting cage rentals, private lessons, sports performance sessions, group classes, and specialty training programs.

• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time of their session.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours are considered late cancellations and will result in the loss of the sessionwithout credit or refund.
• All cancellations and rescheduling must be done through our online booking system, by phone at 626-222-9096, or in person at the front desk.

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without providing notice is considered a no-show.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits, and the session will be forfeited.

• Credits for services (e.g., cage rentals, private lessons, group training) are valid for 30 days from the original date of purchase.
• Credits are non-transferable and must be used for the specific service purchased.
  (For example: hitting lesson credits cannot be applied to pitching lessons, and cage rental credits cannot be used for private training).
• Once expired, credits will not be extended, reinstated, or refunded under any circumstances.

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services, packages, or credits once purchased.
• If a session is canceled with at least 4 hours’ notice, the credit will be returned to your account for use within the original 30-day window.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines. Our goal is to provide the best experience possible for every athlete while maintaining a fair and respectful scheduling process for all.
