Our Football Training Program

Our Football Training Program is meticulously designed to develop athletes into complete football players, equipped with the skills, strength, and mental toughness necessary to excel at every level of the game. Whether you're looking to dominate at the high school level, earn a college scholarship, or refine your skills for professional play, our program provides the comprehensive training you need to achieve your goals.

Leadership by George Uko

Our program is led by USC standout and former Super Bowl champion George Uko. With his extensive experience at the highest levels of the sport, George brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and passion to the training field. His career, which includes playing for USC and winning a Super Bowl, allows him to offer unique insights and techniques that are invaluable to aspiring football players. George is committed to mentoring athletes, helping them navigate the path to success both on and off the field.

Technical Skills Development

  • Position-Specific Training: Each position in football requires a unique set of skills, and our training program is tailored to address these needs. Whether you are a quarterback, receiver, lineman, or defensive back, we focus on refining the essential techniques that will enhance your performance. This includes footwork, hand placement, tackling form, route running, and more.
  • Passing and Receiving: For quarterbacks and receivers, we emphasize the precision and timing necessary for a successful passing game. Quarterbacks work on improving their throwing mechanics, accuracy, and decision-making under pressure. Receivers focus on route running, catching techniques, and creating separation from defenders.
  • Blocking and Tackling: Offensive and defensive linemen receive specialized training in blocking and tackling. We teach proper stance, leverage, hand placement, and the use of power and speed to control the line of scrimmage. Our tackling drills emphasize safety, ensuring that athletes learn how to tackle effectively while minimizing injury risk.

Tactical and Game IQ Training

  • Film Study: Learning from game film is an integral part of our training program. This analysis helps players develop a higher football IQ and a deeper understanding of the game.

Physical Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning program is designed to build muscle, increase power output, and improve overall physical performance. We incorporate weightlifting, resistance training, and plyometrics to develop the raw power needed for football.
