All remaining credits in the MindBody app must be transferred to the Swift app by November 20, 2025.

After that date, MindBody credits will no longer be accessible or valid, as customers have had over two months to complete the transfer process.

To transfer your credits, please email info@thevaultperformance.com and include:

   •    Your full name as it appears on your MindBody account

   •    Confirmation that you have already created an account on our new Swift reservation system

If you need assistance, please reach out before November 20th to ensure your credits are successfully moved.
